The Bungeeclub is easy to use, and you’ll feel the difference—from set-up to impact.
Here, we walk you step-by-step through the process of utilizing your
Bungeeclub for optimal results.

Connection – Keep the cord directly in front of you

From the address position, you will notice that the bungee cord is positioned directly in front of you. This “in front” position should be maintained throughout your swing-all the way back-keep the cord directly in front of you and all the way through-keep the cord directly in front of you. When the cord stays in front of your body back and through you will feel connected which will allow you to hit better shots. Making sure that you use the golf swing trainer club in this fashion will allow you to get the best results so that you will start to see improvement in your golf game more quickly.

Extension – Keep the cord fully extended

At your address position, you’ll notice the bungee cord is extended or the cord now has tension. The amount of tension should be adjusted to a moderate amount based on your personal preference. The tension or extension in the bungee cord should be maintained throughout your swing—all the way back—keep the cord fully extended and all the way through, keep the cord fully extended. When the cord stays extended back and through you will feel a bigger swing plane which will allow you to hit better shots.

Impact Position – The moment of truth – keep the bungee cord touching the inside of your left forearm or wrist through impact

As you take the Bungeeclub back feel the bungee cord touching the inside left forearm or wrist. This will help promote the correct club position at the top. As you transition down you should continue to feel the bungee cord touching the left forearm or wrist through impact. Having the bungee cord touching the left forearm or wrist will automatically put you in a great impact position. Notice the angle of the club face, shaft and hands at impact. Face, shaft, and hands will have a forward lean-critical for great ball striking. There are some basic swing fundamentals that all good golf swings have. Making sure that you start to introduce them into your swing will produce a much more consistent golf swing. We will be showing in the next video what these golf swing fundamentals are and how to use your new club to allow you to know that you are doing them correctly.
